อาการต้องสงสัย ผู้ป่วยโรคอุบัติใหม่

โรคไข้หวัดนก (Avian influenza)

• อาการเฝ้าระวัง : มีไข้ ไอ หายใจหอบเหนื่อย
  • มีประวัติสัมผัสสัตว์ปีก หรือผู้ป่วยปอดบวม
  • มีประวัติเดินทางจากประเทศที่มีการระบาด
  • ของไข้หวัดนก ภายใน 14 วันก่อนมีอาการ

• Respiratory symptoms: fever, cough, rapid breathing PLUS any following history
• Within 14 days, history of contact birds/ poultry or patient suspected Avian influenza or history of traveling from countries according MOPH announcement for Avian influenza

โรคทางเดินหายใจตะวันออกกลาง หรือ โรคเมอร์ส (MERS)

• อาการเฝ้าระวัง : มีไข้ ไอ น้ำมูก เจ็บคอ หายใจหอบเหนื่อย
  • มีประวัติสัมผัสอูฐ หรือผู้ป่วยปอดบวม
  • มีประวัติเดินทางจากประทศในภูมิภาคตะวันออกกลางที่มีการระบาดของโคโรน่าไวรัส ภายใน 14 วันก่อนมีอาการ
• Respiratory symptoms. fever, cough, sore throat, rapid breathing PLUS any following history
• Wihin 14 days, history of contact camels or patient suspected MERS or history of travelling from Middle East countries according MOPH announcement for MERS

โรคอีโบลา (Ebola)

• อาการเฝ้าระวัง : มีไข้
  • มีประวัติสัมผัสสัตว์ป่า เช่น ค้างคาว ลิง ที่ป่วยหรือตาย หรือผู้ป่วยสงสัยอีโบลา
  • มีประวัติเดินทางจากประเทศในทวีปแอฟริกาที่มีการระบาดของอีโบลา (สาธารณรัฐคองโก กินี สาธารณรัฐไลบีเรีย เซียร่าลีโอน ไนจีเรีย ภายใน 21 วันก่อนมีอาการ

• Fever PLUS following history
• Within 21 days, history of contact wild animal (bat, monkey) or patient suspected Ebola infection or history of travelling from Africa or countries according MOPH announcement Democratic Republic of the Congo, Congo, Guinea, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Nigeria

หากมีประวัติและพบอาการดังกล่าวข้างต้น ให้แจ้งพยาบาลหรือเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ใกล้ที่สุดทันที
