Patients going into surgery and are taking medication to dissolve blood clots must stop taking them 7 days before being admitted to the hospital.
Preparing patient identification including (but not limited to) a birth certificate (for children under 7 years old), civil servant ID card for monks, a passport, a referral/transfer forms from your organization (state enterprise, a private organization), treatment forms from your health insurance (including 30 baht), and social security insurance passed on from other hospitals.
Preparing personal items (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, hair shampoo, comb)
Arrange outfits for when the patient is discharged from the hospital.
Patients that do not have any relatives around are still eligible for treatment.
Foreign patients being hospitalized and are being treated for a long period of time, Chulalongkorn Hospital will help coordinate with the Department of Consular Affairs later.
