The Project Planning and Management Department, King Chulalongkorn Hospital, the Thai Red Cross Society is responsible for area planning for sufficient space and buildings for the Hospital’s needs and to ensure building design management meets standards and regulations and is sustainable and environmentally friendly. It also effectively takes charge of construction projects in accordance with goals being free of risk or loss.

Mission

The Project Planning and Management Department, King Chulalongkorn Hospital, the Thai Red Cross Society upgrades the safety and security level in all areas according to hospital standards through various building renovation projects for sufficient area as well as other supporting work throughout the hospital.

Services

The Project Planning and Management Department, King Chulalongkorn Hospital, the Thai Red Cross Society has roles and responsibilities as follows;

  1. Establishing strategies and physical master plans for the hospital.
  2. Researching and developing physical systems and environments.
  3. Feasibility studies and project planning.
  4. Project management and design.
  5. Project management and task management. Construction improvement.
  6. Managing the hospital database.

Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 16.30 hrs.
