A Wi-Fi Internet Signal service in the area of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital is to facilitate the visitors and medical personnel for free of charge via Chula Hospital Wi-Fi Kiosk,located at the following Buildings:

  1. Upakarn Vejchakit Building – Free Wi-Fi service for 2 hours
  2. The 14-storey Building – Free Wi-Fi service for 24 hours.

 

How to access to Chula Hospital Wi-Fi

  1. Insert the patient card at the Chula Hospital Wi-Fi kiosk to receive the access code.
  2. Log-in to Wi-Fi connection system via an electronic tools. Select the network “Chula Hospital WiFi”.
  3. Register with user number and the access code from the Wi-Fi kiosk to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
  4. A free Wi-Fi internet is ready to use after successful registration.

 

Smart Kiosk is a technology that connects patient personal information from King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital patient identification cards, or an ID card number Which can be linked with information in the civil registration in order to check the medical rights ( for pre-medical right request) without additional document required. This helps manage time reduction of queuing, and medical right checking process as all process can be completed at the Smart Kiosk.

The queue card obtained from the automatic queue card dispenser is provided with place to go and the process details. The patients can use it as a document to see a doctor for immediate treatment.

 

There are 3 types of Smart Kiosk:  

 

Blue Smart Kiosk  –Medical service to patient with gold card, social security from other hospitals and the disadvantaged people.

 

Grey-Green Smart Kiosk – Medical service to patients with civil right ( Or Por Tor) / Government officer direct payment / The Thai Red Cross Society personnel and family/ Faculty of Medicine, Chulalongkorn University / Medical students / nurse students and name change service.

 

Grey– Yellow Smart Kiosk – Medical service to public, government officers, patients with gold card and social security of KCMH.

 

How to use Smart Kiosks

1.Prepare the KCMH ID card or ID card for starting process.

  • In case of no cards, manual filling-in the e-form is available by ticking on the screen for the next process.

 

  1. Insert the card to connect individual information with the social security system of Thailand and KCMH database.
  • Left box insert for the KCMH ID card
  • Right box insert for the ID card
  1. Check the medical right and proceed the doctor appointment in the queuing system.

 

  1. Get the queue card in which details are informed :
    • Patient ID Number
    • Name and surname
    • Type of patients such as General patients , social security patients , etc
    • Next place to go
    • Detail of appointment: date, time, clinics, places.

  • From Blue Smart Kiosk

For old case patients, wait for the queue at Number 1-5 to record the medical right and get the coupon .

For new case patients, patients without appointment, please contact the nurses and wait for the queue at Number 1-5 to record the medical right and get the coupon.

 

  • From Grey-Green Smart Kiosk – wait for the queue at Number 16-19 to record the medical right and get the coupon
  • From Grey-Yellow Smart Kiosk

The queue card starting with B, please fill in the form and contact the nurses and wait for the queue at Number 8-13

A shuttle van service to patients and their relatives is available, especially to the elderly, in order to facilitate travel to the buildings: Por Por Ror Building, Nightingale Building, and Sor Tor building. The van’s license Number is by H-6564, the vehicle code Jor 8. The service is free of charge.
