Vajirayanawong Building is located in front of Bhumisirimangalanusorn Building, constructed in 1982 to commemorate the Supreme Patriarch Krom Luang Wachirayanawong (MR Chuen Noppawong), Royal Upathayachan of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej And Somdet Phra Nyanasamvara Somdet Phra Sangharaja Sakalamahasanghaparinayaka. His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej , Her Majesty Queen Sirikit and Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn had officially opened the Building on 9th of December, 1983.
Vajirayanawong Building is a 4-storey Thai-contemporary style Building with the 3rd and 4th floors applied as a medical facility for monks and novices. The 2nd floor is a place for religious ceremonies, with a Dhamma room or Dhamma practice room for the monks to perform dharma activity. Such activity is publicly opened for King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital personnel, patients and their relatives who do not have the opportunity to go to perform religious ceremonies at a temple.
Moreover, Vajirayanawong Building provides Buddhism ceremonies in various occasions such as Birthday party or the merit making in memory of the beloved. There are both morning and late morning event options. At the 1st floor, it is used as the donation place for ill monks and novices, general patients, building construction and maintenance and other activities under King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital and The Thai Red Cross Society, including the body donation place for studying and research.

The 14th floor of Bhumisirimangalanusorn Building is for various religious activity. One of them is a place for Buddhism Activity. The medium size Buddhism room with carpet floor and a big Buddha image for making merits. There is also a medium site room for meditation and weekly dhamma activity at every Wednesday, 12.00 – 13.00 hrs. This is deemed a peaceful place for all Buddhists.

A place for Islamic Activity or a prayer room is a big spacious room with fine interior design of beautiful wall and carpet floor for all Islamic patients and relatives for Islamic Activity.
The prayer room is separated into 2 rooms – for men and women. Each room is provided with full facility : corner for body cleaning and shoe shelf. Inside the room is an open space for praying and outside the room is an open space for recreational activity.
